Our Communication Skills training course covers many
types of interactive communication. Delegates will learn why
people are poor listeners and that talking is not always an
effective way of communicating, and that e-mail and texting
is far worse. If the right message is not received the action
and reaction of the receiver is certain to be wrong and
greater explanation will need to be followed up.
The course is highly interactive, with a mixture of
information given to allow discussion and creative practical
exercises. Feedback will be given to develop the delegates’
self-awareness in order to improve their communication
skill.
Who will benefit: Anyone who wants to develop their
communication skill.

skills, but often don't know exactly what that means or they
don't know how to make it happen.
Communication is the art of successfully sharing
meaningful information with people by means of an
exchange of engagement. Communication from the
sender to the receiver will initiate certain actions and
reactions. This however, requires the receiver to receive
the information from the sender but also to understand and
accept it.
Being a good communicator is often about feeling
confident in those situations where you don't always feel
comfortable.
