To support businesses in meeting these needs we are able to provide a comprehensive bespoking service. With many years of training experience and by using a range of delivery techniques all of our course will be interactive and practical which develop skills as well as knowledge.
Training can be a costly expense to an organisations and therefore to ensure that workplaces are in a position to be able to deliver training to the entire workforce, where necessary Realtime Safety Services are also in a position to develop training packages which can be delivered by internal facilitators.
These packages include lesson plans, PowerPoint slides, flip chart examples and exercises as well as validation test were appropriate. Training can also be arranged for those who will facilitate the courses.
