Unit 3 - Working, Planning and Organisation - By the end of this unit you will be able to: # Recognise and describe strategies and plans # Recognise planning tools # Describe effectiveness and efficiency methods # Identify and use organisational analysis techniques # Recognise and understand method study # Recognise and understand process charts.
