Business Planning

What topics are covered by the course?

Whether you manage a business large or small, or a ‘not for profit’ organization, a government department or agency, A coherent and convincing Business Plan will form the foundations for growth.

The Global Business Planning course is designed to enable managers to develop a complete business plan, with associated business financials. Your plan will enable you to justify the cost-effectiveness of your budgeting, and submit requests for financing, whether bank or venture capital investment.

The product of this course will be a fully viable 3 to 5 year business plan, which you can use to build your business, and gather support from your stakeholders, whether senior managers or investors.
