The Global Business Planning course is designed to enable managers to develop a complete business plan, with associated business financials. Your plan will enable you to justify the cost-effectiveness of your budgeting, and submit requests for financing, whether bank or venture capital investment.

You will ideally have completed the Global Market and Customer Assessment course. You will then be able to apply the information you have acquired and framed about your markets, customers and opportunity portfolio, to the development of a strong business strategy.

You will use this strategy to frame sales forecasts, market positioning, and your business financial projections and capital investment requirements.

The product of this course will be a fully viable 3 to 5 year business plan, which you can use to build your business, and gather support from your stakeholders, whether senior managers or investors.

In addition, you will be able to download a financials workbook, and associated business planning worksheets.
