This workshop is designed for Corporate Leaders, and Top Management Teams, to:
· Clarify and articulate the Core Values: The ‘Who you are”
· Clarify and articulate the Core Purpose: “Why do you exist” and create an inspiring statement. Together these form the Core Ideology of your company
· Identify critical elements of Culture that must be aligned in order to tap the energy of the Core Ideology

METHODOLOGY & MODULES

Using the Discussion Group as the platform and the Core Ideology & Alignment Model, the Systems Thinking Theory and experiential learning techniques, instruments and exercises participants will:

· Push the frontiers of their own beliefs about themselves and their ability to succeed.

· Achieve personal bonding and a new sense of identity in togetherness.

· Experience the meaning of being totally open and frank and feel the release of energy as a result of practicing this behavior.

· Reflect on their own mission in life and in the context of the Organization

· Action Planning: This is a joint exercise for the whole group as a result of which action plans will be generated with regard to future developmental action.
