Writing is so often a daunting task. This course looks at writing a brochure as a process and by tackling its constituent parts, one by one, makes the whole much less terrifying. By understanding the principles of what makes a good brochure and with some easy to understand tips and guidelines, suddenly writer’s block is a thing of the past.
The Purpose of this Course:
All good brochures explain, inform and persuade. This course will do the same; explaining the process of writing; informing with top tips and tricks of the trade and through exercises and discussion persuading all delegates that they can all write well, by applying given strategies and trying different approaches.
Being specifically tailored for the your orgnisation, it will demonstrate how not to simply ‘tell’ in your copy, but to write what your readers want and need.
Delegates will learn to:
• Understand how to recognise ‘good’ copy
• Get their tone right
• Write succinctly and specifically
• Ensure relevance in their writing
• Stress benefits not features
• Write with confidence
