In order to build a flexible ‘toolkit’, this 2-day workshop will provide a mix of tips, techniques and strategies that can be used in all areas of your life.
By the end of the workshop you will have:

• Understood and applied the 4-Ear communication model
• Defined success and what it takes to achieve it
• Defined and applied the basic principles of Transactional Analysis
• Determined what enables & disrupts the effectiveness of your communication

• Applied your new skills in a variety of scenarios
What you can expect from our workshops:
The Professional Excellence Workshops provide a relaxed, friendly and focused environment in which to gain new skills. They also give you the opportunity to exchange ideas, tips and experiences with a team of creative, like-minded professionals.
On the day, you will receive a comprehensive training pack full of exclusive content and practical materials. Post-event support includes in-depth personal feedback, access to the online resource library, as well as the option to take part in our professional development coaching program.
We will not place more than 6 people in a workshop, this guarantees maximum individual attention and aids the development of a Professional Excellence Action Plan suited to your individual requirements.
We will provide a light breakfast, a delicious lunch and tea/ coffee/ soft drinks to keep energy and concentration levels high.
All participants are required to complete an activity log prior to the workshop in order to allow us to customise the content to your particular needs.
