Learners considered for this training will have demonstrated competencies (knowledge, skills and attitudes) as covered in the ICND course or equivalent to the following:
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification
Working knowledge of the Windows operating system
Working knowledge of Cisco IOS networking and concepts
After completing this course the student should be able to:
-Describe how the service provider infrastructure is attacked
-Perform basic tasks to secure network routers and switches using with Cisco IOS features available through the command line interface and web-based GUIs.
