This interactive day has been developed to raise delegates' awareness of the value of assertive behaviour and the pitfalls of aggressive and submissive behaviour. Delegates will become more self-aware and will learn techniques and ways of making real changes to their personal and professional lives which will result in improved confidence and self-esteem. The course is fully participative and will provide a range of opportunity to enhance communication skills whether on the telephone, in meetings or face to face with colleagues and clients.
