Delegates will become familiar with skills and techniques to help them successfully resolve difficulties and problems in the work place. The delegates will be made aware of the practicalities involved in dealing with grievance and disciplinary procedures including the key issues and 'golden rules' to successfully help staff perform effectively and behave appropriately. Specific attention will be given to the practicalities of an 'investigation' should one be necessary. The steps to take before an investigation, during and after will be explored and delegates will gain confidence in managing in these sensitive circumstances.
