The Advanced Food Hygiene Refresher Course is aimed at those who have achieved Intermediate and/or Advanced level certification more than 2 years ago.
Completion of the course will provide delegates with an up-date on essential knowledge acquired when previously attending Intermediate and Advanced courses.

Those who have not previously attended Advanced level courses (i.e. Intermediate level only) will also benefit from a more in-depth examination of HACCP which is not normally covered on the Intermediate course.
The course will help delegates to maintain their training status in the context of legal requirements and in line with industry guide recommendations.
