• MARK LOVEDAY, BA(Hons), MCIArb. Called to the Bar 1986. Mark is involved with lease renewal under Part II of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, rent review, forfeiture, assignment and dilapidations. He has appeared in numerous reported cases concerning business tenancies and rent review. He is a part-time chairman of the Leasehold Valuation Tribunals and has a weekly column on property law in the Times Bricks & Mortar section. Mark is editor of the RICS manual on rent review to be published in 2007.
