He has appeared in numerous reported cases concerning business tenancies and rent review. He is a part-time chairman of the Leasehold Valuation Tribunals and has a weekly column on property law in the Times Bricks & Mortar section. Mark is editor of the RICS manual on rent review to be published in 2007.
