The UK’s first nationally accredited Hygiene Management qualification designed specifically for those working in the fast-moving food processing & manufacturing industries. Following on from the previous successful courses we have further enhanced the qualification with guest presentations from Campden & Chorleywood Food Research Association (CCFRA)* to bring together their unrivalled knowledge with Holchem’s wealth of experience. This course is broadly comparable to the level of study required for Level 3 NVQ/SVQ and builds upon the CIEH Advanced Food Hygiene course.

The course is operating on a two-day residential block release basis over a three-month period – attendance to all six days is mandatory to successfully complete the course. Assessment is through submission of a portfolio of evidence consisting of a series of ‘work-books’ and ssignments, the latter being employment based. Courses held throughout the country. Cost per person: £1,150 + vat residential rate £950 + vat non-residential rate
