This course is broadly comparable to the level of study required for Level 3 NVQ/SVQ and builds upon the CIEH Advanced Food Hygiene course.

The course is operating on a two-day residential block release basis over a three-month period – attendance to all six days is mandatory to successfully complete the course. Assessment is through submission of a portfolio of evidence consisting of a series of ‘work-books’ and ssignments, the latter being employment based.
