This course meets the needs of employers to comply with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, require that all employers and the self employed have suitable first aid cover. As a minimum the employer should have an ‘appointed person’ who can summon prompt medical help and give ‘life-saving’ first aid until the help arrives. Any person who has been delegated with the appointed persons duties and responsibilities will benefit from this course along with anyone who have an aptitude for first aid or wish to learn about first aid.
