Death, dying and loss are natural and principal aspects of the human experience, and the resulting grief and bereavement issues affect all of us at various times in our lives. The grief process is complex, and is influenced by numerous factors, including circumstances, cultural issues, and rituals. The grief and bereavement that precede and follow death or loss are ongoing, and are felt in many aspects of everyday life.
