This Level 2 course is accredited through the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and can be tailored to suit Catering, Retail or Manufacturing. The course involves taking a short 30 question multi-choice examination, the delegates pass the course with 20 correct answers.
This CIEH certificate lasts for 3 years & will ensure that your food handling staff meet the training requirements of the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995.
