Our 3 hour CIEH Food Safety Level 1 course can be delivered in your workplace for groups of 5 to 20 employees to bring your staff quickly up to date with the latest regulatory changes & current best practice. By delivering the training on your premises we can not only minimise disruption to daily operations, but also tailor the course to reflect the specific policies and practices of your organisation.
Everyone who works with food, whatever their job title and responsibilities, needs to ensure that they are working in accordance with current law and accepted good practice.
All successful candidates will receive a fully accredited CIEH Food Certificate valid for 3 years.

This new CIEH entry level 1 course is a 1/2 day session designed to inform front counter type staff of the legal implications whilst working in a food establishment.
All of our trainers are specifically selected for their expertise within the Food Sector & their ability to convey this information to delegates in an enjoyable manner.
The course syllabus is as follows:
-- Food safety hazards
-- Consequences of poor hygiene
-- Personal hygiene
-- Use of protective clothing
-- Cleaning
-- Using cleaning agents
-- Correct disposal of waste
-- Pest infestation
-- Physical, chemical & biological contamination of food
The course is 3 hours duration & is followed by a multi-choice examination paper which can be conducted orally if necessary. Our Food Safety training is for groups of between 5 and 20 delegates.
