* Examined how to use your energy levels to increase motivation for task completion
* Reflected on your own time management problems and how to solve them

This course is due to run at the North Euston Hotel in Fleetwood, Lancashire. The course will start at 9.30 with refreshments served from 9.15. The course will finish around 4.30 and will include lunch.
