As the professional body for quality practitioners, the CQI (formerly the IQA – Institute of Quality Assurance) provides training, education and information on a range of quality issues. These CQI programmes have been designed to assist quality practitioners in acquiring the relevant skills needed in their employment.
Anyone can enrol on the Certificate and Diploma programmes.

The Certificate in Quality has been designed for those who wish to gain the Level 5 Diploma in Quality but do not have the necessary skills and knowledge ready to commence a Level 5 qualification. It is also suitable for those who are new to quality and require an introductory level qualification covering the concepts and fundamentals that quality addresses.
