Course Content:
NVQ Level 2: 5 units (2 mandatory, 3 optional)
NVQ Level 3: 6 units (2 mandatory, 4 optional)
NVQ Level 4: 6 units (2 mandatory, 4 optional)
Mandatory Units all NVQ Levels:
•Carry out your responsibilities at work
•Work within your business environment
Optional Units for all NVQ Levels Delegates choose with guidance, if needed additional units suitable for their working environment. Three units for level 2 and four units for levels 3 and 4.
Visits: Delegates will receive approximately 8-10 visits from an in-house assessor.

Target Group: Levels 2 and 3 are suitable for individuals working in an office environment. Delegates undertaking level 4 must be in a management/supervisory position in an office environment.
Administration level 2 & 3 may be available free of charge through the Train to Gain initiative, subject to eligibility and availability, call for further information.
