This course is in two parts:
Part One - Korean Hand Massage:
Practised in Korea for many years by thousands of people, this technique massages points all over the hands for relaxation and to enhance health. The whole of the body is represented on the hand, so massage of the hands refreshes and revitalises the whole of the body
Part Two - Mongolian Koyashai Foot Massage:
This technique forms part of a full body Massage. Its therapeautic effect focuses on massage of the feet and the upper face/eye area. Within Mongolian Ayurveda the feet connect with the eyes and helps to enhance overall health.
Both techniques can be practised separately, or put together to form one long superb treatment. Accredited by IPTI, PBT - others pending
