Candidates wishing to undertake this training must first hold a nationally recognised general teaching qualification such as the City and Guilds 7302. The course is in two parts: Part 1 is distance learning and this is followed by Part 2, which is 3 days classroom based learning. By the end of this course candidates will: Understand aggression Know how to deal with aggression in themselves and others Know how to conduct potential conflict risk assessments Improve personal skills Know how to effectively respond to conflict situations Be able to develop and deliver scenario based training
