This course is designed to take you through all aspects of tiling. Starting with the basics of tiling, your tool kit, which adhesices, grouts and tools to use and when, how to cut and fix around odd shapes, how to grout and polish, how to measure correctly and how to estimate and price work correctly. You will move onto the specialised products as the course proceeds. We then show you how to become self-employed, incorporating the various tickets you will need, health and safety, book-keeping and customer service. At the end of the course, we give you the opportunity to be placed on site to work with sub-contractors within the tiling industry, giving you a first hand experience of the business you will have chosen to enter into. Our trainers take the time to go through every stage, coversing on a one-to-one basis until you feel you have the confidence to pass onto the next stage.
