Massage and touch are powerful tools in supporting women to contact the wisdom of their bodies in pregnancy and this intensive one day workshop aims to provide an in-depth understanding of techniques and positions that can be used during this very special time.

The changes that the body goes through during the 9 months of pregnancay are dramatic, affecting the mother to be both physically and psychologically. Hormones are racing, internal organs are shifting and many women feel as if their body is out of control. Massage during this time can help to soothe and calm all also alleviate some of the many aches and pains that materialise as the weight from the growing infant increases.
