The Cultural Competency Course teaches participants strategies to effectively understand and communicate with clients from English, Spanish, or Chinese speaking cultures. The course will teach the following:
(1) Cognitive styles and value systems of English, Spanish or Chinese cultures;
(2) Professional Etiquette of English (U.S.A., U.K., Canada, and Australia), Spanish (Latin America), or Chinese (China and Taiwan) cultures.
(3) Negotiation Strategies for negotiations with English (U.S.A., U.K., Canada, and Australia), Spanish (Latin America), or Chinese (China and Taiwan) cultures.
