Description:
An introduction to the principal components of Low Voltage (LV) distribution installations and the essential requirements of safe working procedures required by the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 (EAWR 1989) and Health Technical Memorandum (HTM).

Training Purpose:

To provide participants with the practical and procedural aspects of safe working on electrical equipment and give the necessary guidance to carry out these duties to meet the requirements of the EAWR 1989 and HTM06-02.

Who would Benefit

Suitably experienced Mechanical/Electrical (M&E) personnel who have been nominated for appointment as Authorised Person Electrical with respect to LV distribution and LV installations or supervising work on LV installations.
