Centering, the next step beyond Grounding

During this micro-course you will undertake a variety of grounding techniques to sense the differences and benefits. Then we move onto the connections to the Elements, and the benefits and differences of these connections.
We end with connecting all this information together and centre you as a whole and work with this to access all aspects of you inner you.

Why? We believe it is better to balance your energies near your “centre of balance” instead of between your feet. Additionally, we find that many people struggle to stay “grounded” due to them being less “earth” tied and more of a “water”, “fire” or “air” tied personality.
