PPM Training Masterclass (1 Day Course)

Our approach to training project management is grounded in best practice theory from Prince2 and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) but most importantly it is drawn from over 25 years of experience of working with clients in the public sector to effectively identify, assess, mitigate and manage risks in high profile programmes from all central government departments and a wide range of delivery agencies.

Our learning is delivered by our own expert trainers who are ex management consultants with Accenture, KPMG and Cap Gemini and all training is delivered in our own specially designed training environment - a light, airy and funky space in central London where people can express their ideas, have fun and learn.

The exercises are drawn from real examples and best practice and theory drawn from the public, private and voluntary sectors. We can also tailor the course at no extra cost if you have more than 10 people coming and make the exercises relate to your business and your projects.
