This course is broken into modules. Firstly a virtual orientation, which is an introductory email from the course director. The delegates must then attend a 5 day IT Service Support and 5 day IT Service Delivery course. This is followed by a 1 day Revision Day and culminates in 2 x 3 hour written exam papers. If successful the candidates will be awarded the Managers Certificate: IT Service Managment.
