What you will study
In day one participants will study definitions of assertiveness, assertiveness rights and responsibilities, assertive body language and basic assertiveness techniques for making or refusing requests.
In day two participants will additionally explore skills for in managing difficult emotions assertively and giving and receiving criticism.
