Introductory Workshop:
This one day course invites you to learn basic paint techniques, which can be used to enhance a tired piece of furniture.
The morning will involve a short talk on furniture preparation and primers, followed by a demonstration. Course participants will then practise these techniques on sample boards. You will then first coat your own piece in preparation for the afternoon session. The afternoon will be given over to developing the techniques learnt on your own individual piece.

We are holding several workshops across Cheshire and our residentials in our renovated barn in the Poitou Charente region in France.
Our courses will run throughout the year.
We ask that you bring a small item i.e a coffee table, chair ect this is the item you will be working on in the afternoon.
