To give practicing or potential team and cell leaders the foundation for their formal development in this role by developing a wide range of team leading skills and assisting participants in gaining the comprehensive knowledge required by a team leader.
Businesses can custom build a bespoke course, choosing units that meet the specific needs of their leadership and management teams.
Not only this but training can also be delivered through a variety of blended learning methods: Tutor led, e-learning and distance learning. Alternatively delegates can enrol on one of our scheduled courses. Each option requires mandatory units to be completed.
