Conflict Management Trainers Course
The course is split into two parts. The first part is the provision of pre-read discs /electronic manuals and the completion of ten written questions covering the theory of conflict management. The second part is a three day course where you are shown how to take the theory and teach it in a practical sense. You are then able to practice the teaching by using scenarios and on the final day you complete a micro teach. All the documentation is then marked and sent to Ed excel.

The qualification provided is Ed Excel BTEC Level 3 in Conflict Management and is the equivalent of the City and Guilds 1886. However we also cover all the issues that face members of the caring industries and a separate manual is provided to cover this. The course can be conducted by way of distance learning for the theoretical part, that is the completion of the assignments and support will be provided . The practical aspect can be covered at any geographic location dependent upon the numbers of candidates involved, either in house or at a local hotel.
