The Aerodrome Control Instrument Course covers Air Traffic Control management, procedures and all aspects of Aerodrome Control Instruments. Providing a comprehensive grounding to Aerodrome operations in both ADV and ADI, it enables entrants to operate in any aerodrome environment within or outside UK controlled airspace.
The course combines theoretical and practical instruction encompassing exercises of increasing complexity designed to fully assess the written, verbal, practical and physical abilities of each entrant.
A competency certificate will be awarded on successful completion of the course to the appropriate CAA quality standards. Certificate holders can then apply for their licence.
