Lesson 4: Use a design template to start a new presentation; insert slides from outline; insert a table; use the clip gallery; use copy and paste; modify slide sequence in outline and slide views; demote and promote text in slide view; replace fonts and text throughout a presentation; add speaker notes; use the pen feature; create a hyperlink; fill and rotate an object; sending a single slide by email; send a complete presentation as an attachment; use web page preview; know how to publish as a web page.

We offer a self-paced training environment with award winning tutor support, so you'll always have the confidence of knowing you're being looked after. You can start this course at any time and create your own flexible timetable so you can study when it suits you - great if you're already working! We're open from 09:00-18:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 09:00-20:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays and from 10:00-16:00 on Saturdays, so it's really easy to fit your studies around your other commitments.
