Aimed at people who need to pick up shorthand skills in the shortest possible time, this great new Teeline course from Pitman Training will teach you shorthand theory and practice in just 35 hours, enabling you to start taking dictation to a speed of 40 wpm. This is a great way for secretaries, journalists and others to learn shorthand in the shortest possible time. The course is based around the Teeline Fast textbook which is included in the course, together with a Pitman Training workbook and shorthand notebook. There are many exercises for students to do and ample dictation practice available. This programme includes additional dictation practice on a dedicated web site. Students practise by taking down dictation appertaining to the lesson they have just studied. Keys to the outlines are provided in the back of our high quality workbook.

This is a self-paced course which means you can study at times to suit you. Our friendly tutors are always on hand to give support, advice and guidance. We are open from 09:00-20:00 on Mondays and Wednesdays; 09:00-18:00 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and from 10:00-14:00 on Saturdays. On completion of the course you will receive a handsome Pitman Training certificate - proof of the standard you have achieved! It's a really fast and practical way to learn shorthand.
