Cost Effective Management of Asbestos in Buildings - FREE Seminar
During 2010 Environmental Essentials delivered a series of seminars addressing the release of the HSG 264 Asbestos the Surveyors Guide to over 400 people.
We now have a new programme of seminars
to discuss simplified and cost effective asbestos management options and I take pleasure in extending this invitation to yourself and a colleague to attend on Friday 28th October 2011 which will be held in Leicester at National Space Centre, Exploration Drive, Leicester, LE4 5NS.
What can you expect from this seminar?
The aim is to share our experiences in being involved in large scale compliance projects and to help you achieve best practice asbestos management. The seminars will be packed with useful and relevant information including presentations on balancing the budget of high risk maintenance and repairs:-
• Non-Licence Work v Licensed Work
• Maintenance v Replacement, associated costs and savings
• Effective re-inspection strategies
• Work in Occupied areas planned v responsive /emergency maintenance
Who should attend?
In particular, the seminar will be invaluable for the following people: Local authorities, Facilities Managers, Health & Safety Professionals, Housing Associations, CDM Co-Ordinators, Construction Managers, Architects, Maintenance Managers and any other property related professionals.
If you would like to book your place/s please email Rosie at rgreer@environmentalessentials.co.uk at your earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment. Places will be limited to 40 on a first come first served basis!
