Delegates will receive a manual containing copies of all slides used during the course, together with additional explanatory material,and a detailed glossary of terms, jargon and abbreviations. Who will benefit? This course is ideal for Sales, Pre-Sales, Sales support or other personnel who require a solid grounding in the concepts of IP networks and the services operating over them.
