The workshop includes:

• Measuring mode, median, mean & range standard deviation & variance in data

• Calculating process capability (Cp + Cpk)

• Defining upper control limits (UCL) & lower control limits (LCL)

• Creating control charts – creating X-Bar and R charts

• Using SPC as a problem solving tool
