What you will study
The qualification incorporates the following units:-
* Understanding the principles and practices of learning and development.
* Facilitate learning and development in groups.
* Facilitate learning and development for individuals.
How you will learn
You will receive individual coaching and support that will enable you to put together a portfolio of evidence to prove your competence in facilitating learning and development.
How you will be assessed
You will be assessed by a variety of methods, including professional discussion, verbal questions and answers, observation of you working with your learners by your tutor, etc.
Attendance
You should be able to complete this qualification within four to eight months. You may need to attend an initial induction session of about one-and-a-half hours. During your induction an individual support package will be agreed with you for the remainder of your programme. The package will involve you attending College, and being observed in your workplace. This support will enable you to construct your evidence portfolio.
