This Award is suitable for all learners preparing to work in or already work in a role which involves organising small-scale events. You will develop an understanding of different types of events and how the industry works. The course covers all aspects of event planning from the initial idea to the event evaluation.

From this qualification you will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to organise a small scale event.

You will have access to online research activities, online forums, classroom based activities and tutor support.

All assessment is based around written assignments set by your assessor.

From this Award you could progress onto the Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of Event Management.
