This 5 Day Course is aimed at practicing electricians with relevant experience and other associated professionals such as electrical engineers, contract managers, designers, consultants, surveyors and others needing to update and enhance their understanding of the IEE Wiring Regulations. It may also be suitable for others requiring an understanding of BS7671, although prior knowledge in basic electrical science will be required.
Upon completion delegates should be familiar with the format, content and application of the Regulations BS:7671 (17th Edition). This qualification was developed by City & Guilds in conjunction with members of the electrical industry including NICEIC and the ECA.
This qualification is a direct replacement for C&G2381. There are no formal entry requirements for candidates undertaking this qualification. However, candidates must have a basic knowledge of electrical science.

Delegates require a personal copy of BS:7671(green book), as this will be used throughout the course and can be used for reference during the exam.
