Who is this programme for?
This programme is suitable for classroom assistants, support workers, carers, tutors, teachers or anyone who works with, or intends to work in the role of HR advisor, IAG advisor, employment coach etc. People in these roles need to know how to recognise and respond to abuse and / or neglect should they come across it in the course of their work.
