Course Objectives
To ensure delegates have a full understanding of the PRINCE2™ method
To prepare delegates for the PRINCE2™Foundation and Practitioner examinations

Those wishing to contribute fully in roles within a PRINCE2™ project environment
Course prerequisites, Pre-course Study and Examination Preparation
Delegates should have had practical experience in a project management role or project supporting role.
Delegates are issued with pre-course study materials requiring about twenty hours self-study as preparation for the course and the examinations. Delegates are advised that evening work is required for revision purposes and in preparation for the examinations.
Examinations
PRINCE2™ examinations administered by TCC on behalf of the APM Group consist of the Foundation Level Certificate examination which consists of a one-hour closed book, multiple choice paper of 75 questions
requiring 38 correct answers to pass.
The PRINCE2™ Practitioner examination consists of a 3-hour open book written examination consisting of 3 questions based on a business scenario. Pre-requisite for sitting the Practitioner examination is successfully passing the Foundation Level examination.
