Who should attend?

The DTLLS course is for those carrying out a full teaching role who need to gain Qualified Teacher status (QTLS).

What will I be able to do on completion?

Once you have completed your DTLLS Level 5, it will enable you to be employed in a Full Teacher Role and apply for your Qualified Teacher Status (QTLS) with the Institute for Learning (IfL).

How will I be assessed?

We allocate all learners with a mentor who guides you through the course, providing feedback at each stage and they will complete 3 of the 8 required observations. You receive access to your online course materials within 1 hour of registration – each module covers a different aspect of the course and includes activities.
