Course objectives
This 1-day ISO 9001 Foundation training course enables delegates to interpret the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2008 standard, and the relationship between the clauses of the standard. This course provides ideal preparation for ISO 9001 internal auditor training. Delegates completing the Batalas ISO 9001: 2008 Awareness training course will be able to explain the main requirements of the quality management system standard ISO 9001: 2008, and the way in which conformance to the standard is determined.

This course is suitable for those wishing to understand the purpose and intent of the ISO 9001: 2008 series of standards. It is designed for students that need a basic understanding of the requirements of a quality management systems standard. Suitable for people with little or no knowledge of the relevant standard. Course Format
The format of the ISO 9001 Founation course utilises accelerated learning techniques and is therefore highly interactive, with tutor-led sessions interspersed with individual and group exercises. A realistic case study and role-play activities provide an excellent opportunity to practice ISO 9001 auditing skills.

An IRCA approved certificate for those who successfully complete all elements of the course.
