Coaching is already recognised as a skilful, structured, well-respected profession. Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) has, for over 25 years, offered the most effective range of tools to fit within that framework. Yet, until now, very few courses have been available that actually combine to the two to give the Coaching Practitioner a solid platform from which to work. THIS course will give you all that you need to become a highly skilled, highly effective, successful Coach.
The programme is suitable for anyone, and will cover applications in both business AND personal coaching.
No previous knowledge or experience of either coaching or NLP is required.

o Codes of practice and when NOT to coach
o The language of change and influence
o Metaphor and coaching
o A full range of NLP skills for use in facilitating fast-change, including:
Habit-busting
Emotional awareness and state-changing
Personal resource enhancement
Relationship processes
Conflict resolution
Stress-busting
o Quantum hypnosis and coaching
o An introduction to Timeline Coaching
At the end of the classroom training, participants will be asked to submit two case studies for assessment and certification.
Introducing your Trainer
Ralph Watson is a trainer, coach and entrepreneur with a track record for outstanding success at an international level. He is a Master Trainer of NLP, skilled Hypnotherapist, Founding Member of the Association for Coaching and coordinator of the International NLP Trainers Association in Turkey. Ralphs experiences in a successful business career spanning over 25 years in roles from Field Sales to MD give him a down-to-earth style and humorous delivery that make the training room a place of fun and tremendous learning.
Ralph currently works across Europe and the Middle East and his clients include individuals, and organisations, from over 20 countries including the UK, USA, China, Turkey and the Gulf States.
