How will I be assessed?

On Day 2 of the course students are asked to deliver a short practical training session. Structured feedback is given by the tutor and peer group.

This two day course is intended for anyone who has responsibility for developing and delivering group training sessions in the workplace. It is designed to provide an insight into all aspects of the training cycle i.e. identifying needs, preparation and design, delivery, and evaluation. The emphasis is on developing the skills and confidence required to become a first class trainer.
On the second day of the course delegates have the opportunity to deliver a short interactive-style training session and to receive constructive feedback.
